5. Partnership Terms & Conditions Acknowledgement

By signing below, you confirm that:
1. You are authorised to enter into this partnership on behalf of the organisation named in Section 1.
2. You agree to the PIWS Partnership Programme Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice (Click here to view)
3. You understand that membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period begins, except where required by law or as explicitly stated in the Terms & Conditions.
4. No VAT is charged on membership fees.
5. Automatic Renewal: Unless you notify PIWS in writing at least 30 days before renewal, your membership will automatically renew on the same terms and pricing unless otherwise notified of any changes (subject to notice of any price changes at least 45 days before renewal). For BACS members, an invoice will be issued and may be charged automatically.
