All spaces are 6x6, Artwork must be designed or made by the artist, and you will need to comply to the requirements please.
All artists need to be self-contained, have their own tables, and table cloths and chairs. See note below on how we will need to protect our new flooring in the gallery at all times. (No dragging any items across the floors)
(10 ea) Inside Artists: 10-2pm, and/or 3-8pm. Provide your own table/covering, and chair. Check the feet of your tables/chairs to make certain they have rubber bottoms on them. See note below.
1st shift: Beginning 9am-2pm
2nd shift: Beginning and 3-8pm. Artists must be cleared out before 3 if not remaining so another can take your spot.
(10 ea) Outside Artists: 3-8pm. We will provide 10 metal chairs. Provide your own table/covering and inventory items (grids, etc.).
All Artists must remain at the gallery during the chosen times of the event.
The fee to the gallery is $25 per artist. All art is sold through the gallery @ 20%. We will contact you for payment soon.
Note: Procedures for new flooring management.
The new floors can only handle rubber bottoms/covering on everything in the gallery. We need to be aware at all times. No sliding or dragging of any items is allowed. All leg bottoms need to be protected so please check them all before bringing. No dragging tables into gallery.
1) Check your tables and chairs to see if they have rubber feet coverings on them. (No uncovered metal pole legs or dragging them across floors).
2) Walkers that do not have all wheels, cannot be slide across the floors. Please purchase and place clean tennis balls on the bottoms to use when in the gallery. (no dragging them in from the street) These will apply to all the gallery items from now on.
