Strength & Shape is a 6-week faith-based fitness program designed to help you build your lower body while improving your overall shape through body recomposition. This program follows a structured 5-day gym split with a strong focus on glute and leg growth. You’ll use progressive overload to build lean muscle, increase strength, and reduce body fat. Alongside physical training, the program encourages discipline, confidence, and consistency rooted in faith. Strength & Shape is designed to help you transform your body while strengthening your mindset from the inside out.🌿
