  There will be 2 presenters on each side of the board (4 people total per poster board).
  
  Poster Size: The poster sizes for this year’s conference are 3.5 x 3.5 ft. The poster boards are only 8 ft x 4ft so be mindful of poster size. All poster presenters must bring a printed version of their poster to the conference. Oversized posters may not be accommodated.
  
  Poster ID Assignments: All presenters must complete this form selecting their discipline to ensure their poster is in the correct section.
  
  Poster Pre-judging:
  
  To qualify for the Undergraduate and Graduate Technical Session Poster Awards, please submit a PDF version of your poster by the end of the day on Monday, September 5, 2025. This submission will enable us to pre-judge your poster for one of the designated awards.
  
  Deadline for pre-judging submissions is September 5, 2025.
