Motorcycle Ride For Fletcher Foundation

All riders must present a valid motorcycle license with the appropriate endorsement at check-in. All riders and passengers are responsible for wearing approved helmets and appropriate protective or weather-specific gear (e.g. rainwear). Motorcycles must be legally approved for highway use and properly insured. By participating, you confirm you have the required license, insurance, helmet, and road-legal motorcycle.

By signing below, I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in the Fletcher Foundation Motorcycle Ride. I understand and agree to the following: This is a community-led ride with no insurance coverage provided by the organizers for meeting locations, parking areas, or group ride activities. I accept full responsibility for my safety and that of my passenger during the event, including at any meeting points, rest stops, parking areas, and along the ride route. I acknowledge that riding a motorcycle—especially in a group setting—has inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or death. I waive, release, and forever discharge all event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any and all liability or claims related to my participation in this ride and any related activities, including incidents that occur at meeting locations or parking areas. I consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the event for promotional and educational purposes related to the Fletcher Foundation.
