Jackson Bros Detailing – Terms & Conditions
1. Property Access
Customers agree to allow Jackson Bros Detailing to be on their property for the purpose of performing detailing services.
2. Vehicle Keys
Customers agree to temporarily provide vehicle keys as needed for the detailing process. Keys will be returned once full payment is completed.
3. Use of Water & Electricity
Customers agree to allow the use of their water and electricity when required for the detailing service.
4. Pre-Existing Damage
Jackson Bros Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing interior or exterior damage to the vehicle. Photos may be taken before service for documentation.
5. Personal Items
Jackson Bros Detailing is not responsible for any lost or missing personal items left inside the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove all valuables prior to their appointment.
6. Additional Charges / Upcharges
Additional fees may be applied.
7. No Guarantee of Complete Stain/Odor Removal
While we aim for the best results, we cannot guarantee full removal of deep stains, scratches, oxidation, or persistent odors.
8. Paint & Clear Coat Disclaimer
We are not responsible for paint defects such as clear coat failure, oxidation, peeling, fading, or damage caused by previous improper detailing or environmental exposure.
9. Engine Bay Disclaimer (if applicable)
If engine bay detailing is requested, the customer understands that older or modified vehicles may be sensitive to moisture. Jackson Bros Detailing is not responsible for electrical issues resulting from pre-existing conditions.
10. Service Time Variability
Service times are estimates and may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition and size.
11. Accessibility Requirements
The customer must ensure the vehicle is easily accessible and all doors can be opened fully.
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
The work area is unsafe
The surface is too sloped
There is insufficient space
Parking/property rules prevent us from working
12. Weather & Safety Policy
Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe working conditions. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.
13. Photos & Videos
Photos and/or videos may be taken for documentation and promotional use. No personal customer information will ever be shared.
14. Payment Policy
Payment is due right after the detailing service is completed.
A late fee may be applied if payment is not made on the same day.
15. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee.
16. Satisfaction Policy
Customers must notify Jackson Bros Detailing within analyzing the detail, if they are unsatisfied or notice an issue. We will work toward a resolution, but no refunds will be issued after.
