  • The Fall Fest Parade will take place on Saturday, October 18 at 11 AM.

  • To be considered for participation in the Sister Bay Fall Fest Parade 2025 (the “Parade”) applications must be fully completed by an authorized representative of the “Applicant” and returned to the Sister Bay Advancement Association (“SBAA”) by OCTOBER 3, 2025. By submitting this application, you are agreeing, on behalf of the Applicant, to follow the Sister Bay Fall Fest Parade Rules & Regulations. Non-compliance will result in elimination from this year’s parade and potential future participation. The SBAA reserves the right to accept or deny any application.

  • By signing this application I represent and confirm that I have been authorized by the Applicant to sign the application and to make the representations and promises set forth herein on behalf of the Applicant. 1. I fully understand and agree that the Applicant  accepts the risk of bodily injury and/or property damage which any party participating in the Parade pursuant to this Application may incur or cause a third party to incur as a result of  Applicant’s participation in the  Parade. 2. With this understanding, and in consideration of SBAA approval of participation in the Parade, Applicant further agrees to indemnify, defend and save harmless SBAA, the Village of Sister Bay, its Boards, its Commissions and each of their respective officers, agents, contractors and employees from and against any and all claims, losses, injuries, suits and judgments arising from, or in connection with participation in or attendance at the Parade. This promise to indemnify, defend and save harmless also extends to claims advanced by  any  successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators, and any other persons or entities who may have a claim based on  personal injuries and/or property damage arising out of or relating to the Parade.  3. We further understand and agree that this save harmless and indemnification agreement shall apply to any and  all facilities that SBAA, or the Village of Sister Bay may own and/or control 4.. We understand that segments of the media will be present at the Parade and we grant an unconditional release of all rights relating to  publication, press, radio and television coverage of the Parade,  present and future, along with all video and photographic rights by virtue of  the appearance of any of Applicant’s participants in such media. 5. . Furthermore, I have read and agree to abide by the Sister Bay Fall Fest Rules & Regulations if this application  is accepted. I further promise that a copy of the Sister Bay Fall Fest Rues and Regulations will be provided to all of Applicant’s participants, and  that they will comply with the same.
