✅ Spend over $25 (pre tax and tip) in one transaction at any downtown Victoria business
✅ Upload a clear photo or screenshot of your dated receipt below
✅ Each transaction over $25 = 1 entry

🛍️ Purchases must be made between August 1 – August 29, 2025
🕔 All entries must be submitted by 5:00 PM on August 29, 2025

📅 Winner will be drawn LIVE at Nite Tunes on August 29, 2025!

🎉 Not required to be present to win, but prizes must be picked up in person. Sorry, we cannot ship prizes. Winners must pick up their prize within 10 days of the announcement. Unclaimed prizes after this period may be forfeited.

🚫 Disqualifications for the Downtown Summer Sweepstakes Include

1. Transactions under $25 – Total must exceed $25 before tax/tip
2. Non-downtown receipts – Only downtown Victoria businesses qualify
3. Duplicate receipts – Only one entry per transaction
4. Unreadable receipts – Blurry, cropped, or unreadable receipts cannot be verified
5. Missing info – Incomplete forms may be void
6. Late entries – Must be submitted by 5:00 PM on August 29
7. Out-of-date receipts – Purchases must be made August 1–29
8. Gift card redemptions – Not eligible unless purchasing a gift card over $25
9. Online or out-of-town – In-person/local purchases only
10. Split transactions – Purchases cannot be split to qualify multiple times
11. Unclaimed prizes – Must be picked up within 10 days of winner announcement
