BetaNYC Workforce Development Employer Survey
Evaluating Workforce Readiness and Curriculum Alignment
About This Survey
BETANYC is committed to preparing students for real-world Public Interest Tech (PIT)/AI jobs. Please answer the survey questions below to the best of your ability as it relates to your experience working with BETANYC students and graduates. Your responses are important as they provide feedback about how well our curriculum prepares students to be successful in your organization.
How Your Feedback Will Be Used
The feedback we collect is used to improve and update our training curriculum so it better aligns with workforce needs, while also sharing insights with partners across higher education, government, and industry to strengthen the public interest technology talent pipeline. In addition, your input guides the design of future fellowship, apprenticeship, and alumni programs.
Special Invitation
As a thank-you for your time and thoughtful feedback, we will be selecting a small number of survey participants to join an exclusive dinner with BetaNYC staff, an employer partner, a university representative, and a student fellow. This dinner is a unique opportunity to connect across sectors and shape the future of public interest technology together.
