LASH model application form
Please submit the following to be considered for a LASH model, thank you!
REQUIREMENTS: - MUST have healthy natural lashes (this means if your natural lashes are thin or sparse you'll have to start using a lash serum for a while before you can be reconsidered).
- MUST be ok to lay down for 3+ hours, allow for extra time filming & don't schedule anything right after, as we can't be rushed. Expect to be here for most of the day but that will be clarified when I reach out to you & everything is finalized. If you have lot's of natural lashes, please put a note of that, as that affects how much time we'll need, thank you!
