Bilgrav Learning Tutoring Agreement

This agreement is entered into by Bilgrav Learning (hereafter referred to as "Bilgrav Learning") and the undersigned party (hereafter referred to as "the parent"

Late Arrival Policy:

While we do not charge traditional late fees, any student arriving more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session without providing at least 60 minutes advance notice will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the session will be canceled and fully charged, with no opportunity to reschedule.

Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to reschedule a session, please use the rescheduling link included in your calendar invite. Any rescheduling attempt made less than 15 hours before the session will be considered a no-call, no-show, and the session will be charged in full with no option to reschedule.

Liability Waiver:

By signing this agreement, the parent fully releases and agrees to hold harmless Bilgrav Learning, Durango Mountain Camp, Rocky Mountain Camp, and any tutor, educator, affiliate, or staff member associated with these entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or expense that may be sustained by the student or parent while participating in any services provided. This release applies whether the incident occurs in person or online, during or outside of scheduled sessions.

Refund Policy:

Bilgrav Learning does not issue refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Changes in schedule or availability
• Relocation or illness
• Dissatisfaction with services
• Internet or technology issues on the student's side
• Missed or forgotten appointments

All sales are final, and all payments are non-refundable.

5. Commitment Period and Cancellation Policy

By signing this agreement, the parent agrees to a four-month commitment for tutoring services. The parent may not cancel the tutoring relationship at any point during this period and remains financially responsible for the full four months, regardless of attendance.

If a parent chooses to cancel early and has unused sessions, they will still be charged for those unused sessions in full.

This contract only covers tutoring when fees are paid through Bilgrav OG. Any tutoring outside of this payment system is not subject to these terms.

This contract also extends to any additional tutoring between the tutor and student beyond the initial four-month period under the umbrella of Bilgrav Learning, unless otherwise stated in writing.

This agreement is valid for life and applies to all current and future parents or guardians of the student, regardless of who signs. Only the tutor or Bilgrav Learning may terminate the relationship early. In the event of such termination, the student will not be charged for any remaining unused sessions.

6. Signatures and Acknowledgment

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this contract. I understand that this agreement is binding for the duration of the tutoring relationship as long as fees are paid through Bilgrav OG and applies to any future services provided by Bilgrav Learning.
