I hereby agree and give my permission for Special Olympics Missouri and/or partners to record, film,photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the Special Olympics Missouri website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of Special Olympics Missouri's control. I agree that I will not hold Special Olympics Missouri responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
Vendor Terms & Agreement
Cost is $50 per 10'x10' booth
Vendors must provide their own equipment including 10'x10' tent, table, chairs, and merchandise
All fees are non-refundable
No electricity or running water is available. If electricity is needed, it is up to the vendor to provide electricity.
The event is 10am - 3pm. Vendors may begin setup at 8:30am and tear down is at 3pm, and no sooner.
Vendors are responsible for leaving their area in the same condition as they found it.
Special Olympics Missouri reserves the right to censor any booth.
Special Olympics Missouri or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the SOMO's Kansas City Block Party.
Payment must be received no later than September 1, 2025. If payment is not received, vendor agreement will be terminated on September 5, 2025.
