Waterdown Islamic School – Student Registration Form (2025–2026)

Tuition and Fees:
- Application Fee: $100 (non-refundable, to be submitted at the end of this form)
- Books & Supplies Fee: $250 (non-refundable, due upon acceptance)
- September Tuition (1st month): $600 — to be paid via e-Transfer and acknowledged at the end of this application. This payment is required to secure your child's spot.
- Monthly Tuition (JK–Grade 8): $600
- Payment via 9 post-dated cheques (October 2025–June 2026), dated for the 1st of each month
  - Payee: Toledo Foundation (Managing Organization for WIS)
- Sibling Discount: 10% for each additional child enrolled
- School Bus Service (Hamilton/Waterdown): $175/month per child
  - Additional locations may be added based on demand.
Refund Policy:
All fees are non-refundable unless your child is not admitted, in which case the full tuition will be refunded.

Please ensure all information provided is accurate to initiate your child’s enrolment. A separate form must be completed for each child.
