    Woodside Fusion Ltd sells & distributes new products, & withdrawal from the purchase agreement is only possible at managers discretion and after meeting specific conditions. This form is used to collect the data necessary to authorise and process a return.
  • Conditions for withdrawal from purchase agreement:

    1) Return requests will only be considered for invoices no older than 2 months old (at the date of submission of the form). 2) The return may only apply to goods and quantities reported in the form together with corresponding invoice numbers, goods not listed in the form will not be considered and will be further dealt with at the customer's expense. 3) Goods produced to order or ordered in at the client's request are not eligible for return. 4) The return may only be processed for unused goods in original packaging (intact and clean labels, bags, and cartons). 5) Arrangements for the shipping or returns are made by the returner at their own expense and risk. They should be shipped to the WOODSIDE warehouse within 7 days of sending the form, after this date the notification becomes invalid. 6) If a return is authorised, it will be subjected to a £10 administration fee plus 30% of the value of the returned goods and not less in value than £100.00 excl. VAT. 7) The refund will be completed by way of a credit note issued. This credit note will be held on account for up to 6 months and may be used to purchase goods from the Woodside Fusion range.
