All merchandise orders must be made by the WFA school.

Upon receiving the order you will receive a VAT invoice. Payment is required in full withn 30 days.

All orders must be accompanied with a purchase order.

Shipping is included within the cost of the order.

Items will reach you within 7 days of the receipt of this form.

Refunds can be given by way of credit note, based on the return of goods within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges can be arranged by returning the exchanged goods within 14 days of receipt.

All returned items must be brand new as received and not be worn. Worn goods will not be refunded.
