IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING: ASSIGNMENT OF RISK AGREEMENT

I hereby release the Gatlinburg Sportsman's Club and its Officers, Agents, and Range Masters from any liability for damage to any persons or property resulting from the use of equipment, rented or borrowed, and from liabilities surrounding the use of the target facilities of the Gatlinburg Sportsman's Club. I agree to reimburse the Club for damage and loss of any Club owned property resulting from actions by me or my guests. I understand that shooting is a hazardous sport and agree to follow all Club rules to the letter. I assume all risk myself and hold harmless all others regardless of the existence of an assumed risk law in the state of Tennessee. Submission of this application and payment of your dues constitutes your acceptance of all agreements, conditions and waivers listed above.

All club memberships renew on a yearly cycle on November 1st, but you can join any time.

Current costs:

Annual Dues (2025-2026): ${newDues}

If you join between December and July, your dues are pro-rated out of ${newDues} based on how many months until the next November 1st. (${newDues} / 12 months = ${monthlyCost} per month)

If you join in August, September, or October, you'll pay dues for just the remaining 1-3 months until Nov. 1st plus the full dues for the following membership year.

Once we have received your payment: We can initiate the background check and prepare a RFID badge.

Background Check: You will receive a link from BackgroundChecks.com (HireRight) to fill out a background check. The Gatlinburg Sportsman's Club does not handle or see any of your sensitive information. Be on the lookout for that email, and complete that online process as soon as possible.
