The process of making a complaint:
- Please complete this Complaint Register
- It will go directly to the Directors' of the Company
- It will be reviewed and you will be updated every 48-72hrs of progress
- Depending on the nature of your complaint depends on the action to be taken, whether this is fixing/resolving the issue, or if staff are involved potential HR process will be followed.
