By signing below, I acknowledge that my child/children participating in shark tooth sifting activities with Ripples & Waddles LLC involves inherent risks, including contact with sharp objects, minor injuries, or other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for myself and/or my child’s participation and agree to release and hold harmless Ripples & Waddles LLC, its owners, and staff from any liability or claims arising from this activity. In case of emergency, I authorize necessary medical care at my expense. I certify that I am the participant or the parent/guardian of the minor named below and give consent for their participation.
