This disclaimer applies to the Proposal Review and Edit service offered by GovConNOW. By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms.

⚠️ Please Keep in Mind. This Service Is for SLED Contracts Only. State, Local, and Education contracts only. Federal proposals are not eligible.

Before You Purchase, Make Sure:

We review your proposal, not your eligibility (that is another service we offer called the Bid Breakdown Report, starting at $300) ☑ Your solicitation has at least 7 business days remaining before the submission deadline ☑ You are ready to submit your complete draft within 24 hours of purchase

Pricing by Annual Contract Value

Pricing is based on the total annual value of the opportunity you are bidding on. For multi year contracts, use your annual bid value, not the full contract total.

What Is Included

How the Review Process Works

You send us your complete draft. We send it back marked up with our edits, comments, and notes on anything still missing or needing more detail.

From there, here is how it works:

☑ You make your updates based on our feedback ☑ You send it back to us for 1 included follow up review ☑ We give you a final round of feedback ☑ You submit the proposal yourself

Need more than 1 follow up review? Additional reviews start at $150 and scale with your contract tier. Requests must be made with at least 48 hours remaining before your submission deadline. We do not submit on your behalf. The final send is always yours.

Document Requirements

☑ You must submit a complete draft. Outlines and bullet points are not eligible ☑ Accepted formats: PDF, Word, or a shared Google Doc with view access enabled for bridget@govconnow.co ☑ You are responsible for ensuring your document is accessible at the time of submission ☑ If your proposal has multiple documents, merge them into one PDF before uploading ☑ The solicitation must be uploaded as a separate file in its own slot

Turnaround and Draft Submission Timing

☑ Your 1 to 2 business day turnaround starts once we receive both your complete draft and your payment ☑ Your solicitation must still have at least 7 business days remaining before the submission deadline at that point to qualify for the regular fee ☑ You must send your complete draft within 24 hours of purchase ☑ If your draft is incomplete when received, we will reach out for the missing pieces and the clock resets when the full draft arrives ☑ If the reset pushes your remaining time below 7 business days, a rush fee starting at $250 will apply before we proceed

Deadlines and Rush Requests

☑ Your solicitation must have a minimum of 7 business days remaining at the time of purchase to qualify for the regular fee ☑ Proposals with fewer than 7 business days until the due date are subject to a rush fee starting at $250, confirmed in writing at bridget@govconnow.co before work begins ☑ Rush slots are accommodated based on availability ☑ Final rush pricing depends on how tight the turnaround is and the size of your proposal

Optional Design Add On

☑ Email bridget@govconnow.co to add design before you purchase your proposal review so we can confirm timing and send a custom invoice ☑ Turnaround starts at 3 business days and scales with proposal length ☑ All proposals are designed in Canva ☑ You receive the editable Canva file so you can make future updates yourself ☑ Build the 3 business day minimum into your timeline before booking

All Sales Are Final

☑ All purchases are non-refundable ☑ Work begins immediately upon receipt of your proposal document and payment ☑ No refunds will be issued for any reason, including choosing not to submit, discovering the opportunity is no longer a fit, or the solicitation being cancelled, amended, or extended after purchase ☑ Dissatisfaction with edits or suggestions made by our team does not qualify for a refund

GovConNOW does not guarantee contract awards. Our review is designed to strengthen your submission and improve your competitiveness. Final award decisions rest solely with the issuing agency. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
