Swimmers will need:
· Goggles
· Swim Cap (for swimmers with long hair)
· Swimsuit
· No wetsuits
· No swimshirts
· No jewelry
Water depths are over 8ft.
Coaches are not in the water with swimmers
We are NOT a swim lesson program.

Interested swimmers will need to be able to perform all 4 competitive strokes:
Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Freestyle (Front Crawl)
