1. The rector will pray for each applicant and seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit in selecting the team.

2. The fee for the weekend is due at the first team meeting.

3. The weekend requires walking a 1/4 of a mile and may require sleeping on the top bunk.

4. Weekend is scheduled for 12th through the 15th of February 2026

5. The Team Meetings are tentatively set on 3rd and 24th of January.

6. The 4th Day gathering is tentatively set for the 14th of March.
