Eligibility Requirements

Must meet and provide eligibility requirements at registration
Age Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- 18-year-olds accepted with an official withdraw from public school or completion information from parent
- 17-year-olds accepted with official withdraw from public school and consent from parent
- 16-year-olds accepted with court order
- Additional documentation maybe requested
Provide Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Qualified Status

- U.S. Birth Certificate

4. Available Training Programs to select from:
- Certified Nurse Assistant - CNA

1. Score between 3-5 NRS (9th-12th grade) on the TABE Assessment

2. Must Provide Proof of Income if Employed - one of the following

- 1099
- Unemployment benefits letter
- Letter from employer with start date, pay, address and signed by employer

- Not have previously earned a bachelor's degree in any field
- College or University Transcripts (if applicable)
- High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalency
