CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Responsibility for Equipment
I accept full responsibility for the golf clubs rented to me by Tap-Ins. I agree to return
all clubs in the same condition in which they were provided.

2. Damage/Loss Policy
I understand that any club broken, damaged beyond normal wear, or not returned
will result in a charge of $50 per club. These charges may be processed using the credit
card preauthorized at the start of the rental.

3. Credit Card Authorization
I authorize Tap-Ins to preauthorize my credit card at the time of rental and to charge the
card for:
○ The $25 rental fee, and Any applicable damage or loss fees as described
above.

4. Use at Own Risk
I understand that the use of golf equipment carries inherent risks. I agree to use all
rental equipment safely and for its intended recreational purpose. I release Tap-Ins, its
owners, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries or damages sustained
during my rental.

5. Equipment Inspection
I acknowledge I have had the opportunity to inspect the rental clubs and have found
them in satisfactory condition. If any issues arise during the rental, I agree to notify
Tap-Ins staff immediately. Tap-Ins Manager/Bartender will inspect the clubs at the
end of the rental period for damage and/or missing clubs.
