  • About the Instructor

    Lisa is a mother of 5 and K-12 educator since 2012. She has practiced since 2008, and earned her RYT 200 in Hatha Yoga from Aura Wellness Center under the instruction of Master Teacher, Dr. Paul Jerard E-RYT 500, YACEP. Lisa is also a Certified Holistic Nutritionist CHN as well as Certified in Sound Healing, breathwork, trauma informed and incorporates nutrition and guided sound meditation into each class.
  • Fall Session 2025 Wednesday's in November 5, 12, 19 & December 3, 10, 17 @ 8am-9am.

    Session fee is $90 for the 6 class session ($15/class). General location is near Combs High School in San Tan Valley. Fee is total for the entire session. Exact address and parking details will be emailed the day prior to class. *The first class only, November 5th, is a complimentary trial class. Should participants choose to complete the session, the $90 session fee is due by Monday, November 10th.
  • Lotus and Sol Adult Chair Yoga

    Our Chair Yoga for Adults class offers a gentle and accessible way for older adults to enjoy the many benefits of yoga—without having to get down on the floor. These sessions are specially designed for those with limited mobility, and balance concerns. Using the support of a sturdy chair, we guide students through mindful movements that improve flexibility, strength, posture, and circulation. Each class concludes with a gentle sound bath and guided meditation. Chairs ARE provided, but if you prefer your own chair please feel free to bring a chair and water. Chair must be sturdy, flat/not angled seat.
  • What to Wear and Bring

    Wear light flexible clothing. Classes are outdoors in the morning shade when it is cooler out, dress accordingly, and plan to be barefoot during class. Shoes may be worn. Chairs are provided, but you may bring your own if you feel more comfortable. Please make sure if you choose to bring your own chair that it is very sturdy and has a flat/not angled seat with strong back. Bring plenty of water and consider wearing sunscreen as needed.
