General Instructions:
It is fine to complete registrations at various times during August. When registering students, please send in payment for those registrants within the same week.
When you register a second batch of students, then you would submit a second payment, corresponding to the number of students in the second batch of registrations.
List duet partners together in one “Ensemble” box, filling in all the fields.
If you are registering a student without a partner, please enter student info for part preferred, leaving the other Ensemble part blank.
Do not begin teaching the piece until the chairperson confirms part assignment.
When registering an adult or alumni, indicate that under "Grade”.
TIP: If you'd like to have a copy of your registrations, make screen shots of your registration information prior to clicking "SEND".
