  • 2. Artist Biography (max. 100 words)

  • Please tell us a little about you as an artist. You may wish to include:

    • Your education or training
    • Your previous work or exhibitions
    • Your artistic interests
    • Anything else relevant to your practice

    This biography will be used in exhibition labels or promotional materials.

    If your piece is collaborative, just fill this in for yourself. We will ask your collaborators for their own biographies.

  • 3. About the Artwork

  • 4. Artist Statement (max. 150 words)

  • Please tell us what your artwork is about and how it relates to the exhibition theme, Together / Apart. This statement will be used in exhibition labels and promotional materials. If your piece is collaborative, please agree the statement between you.

  • Please add a link to somewhere we can watch the video. If your work is selected, we will ask you to send us the video file.  

  • 6. Collaboration

    Please only submit one application per collaborative piece - we will contact your collaborators for their biographies.
