This form is for Badgerland volunteers to request a new Troop or Service Unit financial institution letter, request updates to their existing account, or to request a letter to close a current financial institution account.

Financial Institution Signer's Information
Please complete the following with the adults who will be signers on the account. Signer 1 and Signer 2 MUST be unrelated and reside in separate households.

Before we can issue the financial institution letter, all Signers must be:
- Registered Girl Scout members
- In either a Troop Co-Leader or Troop Treasurer role
- Have a current background check on file through Badgerland Girl Scouts
- Complete all four required trainings, as detailed in your "Welcome New Girl Scout Troop Leader" email
