Ground yourself, connect with community, and come alive to what matters most in this sound-fueled outdoor experience. Over the course of three hours, we'll at-tune to our inner natures through plant appreciation, vocal play, sound tuning, and authentic relating—expressive, embodied practices to help us return to ourselves and connect deeply with one another. Please bring water, a journal, loose layers, walking shoes, and anything you need to sit comfortably. We'll be on natural trails and may pass through tall grass. Tune
