Important for Form Designer (11/8/2023):

If a change is made to an email address in Notification 1 (as an example), JotForm doesn't automatically update those changes in Notification 1, when it is used in a conditional clause. Need to report this problem to Jotform and inform them that you have to manually add a new condition for it to pick-up the email changes and remove the old condition.
Submission Guidelines and Requirements (as of 7/23/2024)
- Due at least 35 days in advance to announce via the website, eBlast, social media or mobile app
- Marketing Team determines which announcements will be aired during worship service.
