Time: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- The event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
- Limited or no indoor shelter will be available.
- All proceeds will be donated to charity.
- The vendor fee of $65.00 is for a 10x10 area.
- The spot is not held until payment is received.
- Vendors are responsible for providing all tables, tents, chairs, and displays.
- Vendors are expected to provide a product for the charitable raffle event.

All vendors must contribute one product or service from their business to the vendor raffle. Donations must be delivered to the event venue by 10:00 AM on September 20, 2026. By participating, vendors acknowledge that their contribution directly supports the event's charitable mission and will be featured in the vendor raffle drawing.
