    • The vendor fee of $65.00 is for a 10x10 area.
    • The spot is not held until payment is received.
    • Vendors are responsible for providing all tables, tents, chairs, and displays.
    • Vendors are expected to provide a product for the charitable raffle event.

  • Vendor Raffle Donation Requirement:

    All vendors must contribute one product or service from their business to the vendor raffle. Donations must be delivered to the event venue by 10:00 AM on September 20, 2026. By participating, vendors acknowledge that their contribution directly supports the event's charitable mission and will be featured in the vendor raffle drawing.
