Truckerfest 2025 Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer for one 4-hour shift and receive
- a one-day Truckerfest wristband (valid the same day as your volunteer shift)

Sign up as a Volunteer Coordinator: As a coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers, assisting with task training, being present during shift changes, providing bathroom breaks as needed, answering questions, and offering general assistance (previous Truckerfest experience required.)

Volunteer Coordinator:

VOLUNTEER TERMS AND CONDITIONS I agree to turn up to my rostered shifts on time and to advise the Truckerfest Music Festival staff well in advance if my availability for rostered shifts changes. I agree to work under the guidance and supervision of Truckerfest Music Festival staff. I agree to advise Truckerfest Music Festival staff if I am unable or uncomfortable completing tasks that I have been assigned. We will be understanding of these requests, just give us as much notice as possible. I agree to inform my supervisor immediately of any injuries sustained while undertaking volunteering activities. As a member of the Truckerfest Music Festival team, I will do my best to provide correct information and a positive attitude to all members of the public I deal with throughout the festival. I agree to work constructively and cooperatively with staff and comply with any safety procedures as requested. I understand that if I am unable to complete my allocated shifts, I may be asked to return my wristband. I understand that I am volunteering my services to Truckerfest and will not receive any remuneration for my services.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Happy Productions LLC dba Truckerfest Music Festival harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, or liability for cancellation, damage, illness, or injury to any person or property during the volunteer's engagement, including time of set up and take down.
