    Complete this form to register your interest for the Horsham Jam Sandwich 2026 with Tim Williams. If you're under 18, please ask a parent/guardian to fill it out with you. All sessions are held at The Station - 19 Pynsent St, Horsham.

  • Is the Participant allowed to leave the Jam Sandwich sessions alone?*
  • Please select dates you'd like to participate: (you can come to as many as you like!)*

  • Once registered (and possibly auditioned), you'll be placed in a group.

    Group A - 4pm to 4.45pm

    Group B - 4.45pm to 5.30pm

    Group C - 5.30pm to 6.15pm

    Senior Group - 6.30 to 7.30pm
