1. Permission and Use
I authorize The Savage Family Office, LLC (SFOLLC), along with any affiliated platforms or future media projects under its ownership or operation, to record, edit, publish, and distribute this interview in audio, video, written, and digital formats. This includes use across podcast platforms, websites, social media, and promotional or educational channels.
2. Use of Name, Voice, and Image
I grant permission for my name, voice, likeness, and any content I provide to be used in connection with the podcast and related promotional materials.
3. Editing and Creative Direction
I understand that the interview may be edited for clarity, style, and timing. I waive the right to review or approve the final product and trust SFOLLC to make those editorial decisions.
4. Publishing Discretion
I acknowledge that all decisions regarding whether and when to publish are at the sole discretion of SFOLLC. While I may offer feedback, the final decision rests with the production team.
5. Finality of Permission
This agreement is legally binding and remains in effect unless modified in writing by SFOLLC. While requests regarding this content may be considered, there is no guarantee they will be granted.
6. Compensation
I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive payment, royalties, or any form of compensation now or in the future related to this interview or its distribution.
7. Future Appearances
This release also applies to any future interviews or appearances unless both parties agree in writing to a new agreement.
8. Content Responsibility
I am responsible for the views and comments I share during the interview. I release SFOLLC from any liability or claims related to my participation.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Maryland.
10. Respectful Representation
I acknowledge that this podcast values respect, authenticity, and the dignity of every story shared. I commit to upholding those values and trust that my story will be handled with care and integrity.
