Tuned Motorsports does not provide equipment, extension cords, table covers, Etc. Only a 10x10 Space, Single Standard 6ft table and 2 chairs for your set up is being provided. You are required to bring whatever you may need for your own set up
Please provide a description of your Cosplayer Table setup and the products that you sell. Tell us what makes your setup unique and special.
No food items or drinks are allowed to be sold/given out due to Mall health code rules without proper food vendor permits and MUST be prepackaged only!
I understand that during the "Cars & Cosplay" event, pictures and videos will be taken to be used on our website and Instagram page for promotional purposes?

Cosplayer set up time is November 15th, from 7am - 9:30am. Cosplayers must be present on time and set up before event starts at 10am. Entry will be denied if late after set up time. It is your responsibility to be on time.
