Sai Ram! Please review the steps and examples below to help you register correctly and confidently for this year’s retreat.

👤 Primary Contact Details

You are the Primary Contact if you are filling out this form and submitting payment for your family or group.

Please enter your:

👪 Table 1 – People in Your Group / Family

List names of all people you are registering — these names will auto-fill in the next sections.

For each person, please enter:

·       Display Name (for the badge)

·       Gender

·       SSE Group (if applicable)

🛌🍽️🧒 Understanding Registration Options

Each registration entry includes 4 parts:

1️⃣ Stay Option (Where are you staying?)

·       CS = Cabin Stay (on-site lodging with beds)

·       DV = Daily Visitor (staying off-site; visiting each day)

2️⃣ Nights / Days Attending

·       Full retreat = 3 Nights (FR, SA, SU) or 3 Days (SA, SU, MO)

·       If attending partially, select:

o   1N: One-night stay (e.g. CS-1N-FR, CS-1N-SA, CS-1N-SU)

o   2N: Two-night stay (e.g. CS-2N-FR-SA, CS-2N-SA-SU, etc.)

o   1D or 2D for day visits (e.g. DV-1D-SU, DV-2D-SA-MO, etc.)

🔍 These options help us plan room assignments and manage onsite capacity.

3️⃣ Meals

You may choose how many meals (0M to 8M) you wish to purchase.
🍱 Full meal plan (8M) includes:

·       Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

·       Sunday: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

·       Monday: Breakfast, Lunch-to-go
🍛 Light Dinner on Friday is free for all attendees.

Tip: Use Table 2 to estimate meals needed per person.

4️⃣ Age Group (For correct pricing)

·       AD = Adults (40+)

·       YA = Young Adults (18–39)

·       K2 = Youth (12–17)

·       K1 = Kids (6–11)

·       K0 = Kids (0–5, free meals & registration)

📝 Example Codes (How to Read Them)

Code: CS-3N (Cabin Stay, 3 nights)
Code: CS-2N-SA-SU (Cabin Stay, Saturday & Sunday nights)
DV-1D-SU (Daily Visitor, 1 Day, Sunday only)

🍽️ Table 2 – Estimate Meals for Each Member

Mark which meals each person will eat. The total meals calculated automatically based on your "checked" boxes for each member and this number (total meals) copied automatically for each member in Table 3.

✅ Kids age 0–5 eat free.
✅ Extra meals can also be purchased onsite at the Registration Desk.

💰 Table 3 – Select Stay, Meals, and Age Group

This is the core part of the form.

You’ll:

·       Pick one of the available options from the dropdown (based on the codes above)

·       The form auto-calculates the correct rate

·       If a combo is invalid (e.g. 1 Night with 8 Meals), no rate will show

🎁 Optional: Support Others

You may add a Sponsorship Amount to help others attend the retreat who cannot afford to pay.

💳 Final Step – Choose Payment Method

The form will show:

·       Total Fee

·       Sponsorship (if any)

·       Grand Total to be paid
