ATTENTION ALL CONTESTANTS:

ALL CONTESTANTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING 1 UNWRAPPED GIFT SUITABLE FOR YOUR CHILD'S AGE TO REGISTRATION! You will NOT be able to register without this! We are turning in all gifts to the Empty Stocking Fund. The contestant that turns in the most presents will be awarded the title of "Ms. Holiday Sweetheart".

PLEASE NOTE THIS PAGEANT IS BEAUTY & HOLIDAY WEAR. EACH CONTESTANT WILL GO ON STAGE 2 TIMES. Holiday wear can be anything from Christmas pajamas to the most extravagant Christmas outfit! Be creative and have fun! 

 

ENTRY FEE: $100

ENTRY/OVERALLS/OPTIONALS: $160

DEPOSIT:

ALL entry forms must be accompanied by a non-refundable, non-transferable $25 deposit. You have 24 hours after sending entry form to make payment or the entry form will be archived. The remaining balance will be due NO LATER than November 12th, 2025. 

OVERALL AWARDS: $20/piece or $60 for all. 
These must be paid no later than November 12th, 2025. OVERALL MOST BEAUTIFUL, OVERALL HOLIDAY WEAR, MINI SUPREME, and OVERALL GRAND SUPREME (highest score in the pageant) THERE WILL BE 2 SETS OF OVERALLS! One for each age breakdown! 

ADMISSION: ALL contestants will receive 1 free admission armband. ALL other armbands are $10. (5 and under are FREE!) 

SPONSORSHIP QUEENS: 
If you wish to be a sponsor queen, you may print sponsor tickets on our website at www.crowntownga.com! You may sell tickets to family, friends, etc! Tickets are $5/piece. To qualify for sponsor queen, you must turn in the minimum of $300 by November 9nd, 2025! You may continue to sell tickets until November 15, but the $300 to qualify is due NO LATER than November 9nd! The contestant that sells the MOST tickets will win the title of MISS GEORGIA CHRISTMAS AMBASSADOR! 

 

What are we looking for?
Crowntown Productions is geared more natural. We do not wish to see full glitz and glam. However, light makeup is appropriate for ages 6+.

What should you expect the day of the event?

FUN! LOTS OF IT! We will have a VERY special guest joining us for a portion of the day for FREE pictures, Christmas crafts to keep the little ones occupied when they are between stage time, and more! We know the tiny ones can get cranky close to nap time, so we are going to let ALL contestants 0-6 years old compete and crown before we start with our older girls.

BABY MISS GA CHRISTMAS: 0-11 months 

TODDLER MISS GA CHRISTMAS: 1-2 year

TINY MISS GA CHRISTMAS: 3-4 year 

LITTLE MISS GA CHRISTMAS: 5-6 year 

YOUNG MISS GA CHRISTMAS: 7-9 year

JUNIOR MISS GA CHRISTMAS: 10-12 year

TEEN MISS GA CHRISTMAS: 13-15 year 

MISS GA CHRISTMAS: 16-19 year 

MS. GA CHRISTMAS: 20+ 

MRS. GA CHRISTMAS: (WILL ADD IF INTEREST ARISES)

 

AWARDS

Every age division will have 1 queen. Everyone else will be a princess. ALL princess contestants will receive a gift and a tiara. The age division queens will receive a gift, crown, and custom sash. Each age division will award optional awards: prettiest hair, prettiest eyes, Holiday Wear, and best dressed. 

Sponsor Queens will receive a 4 FT trophy and crown. 
All overall winners will receive a beautiful crown, custom RHINESTONE TRIMMED sash, and robe! 

The MISS GEORGIA CHRISTMAS AMBASSADOR will win a HUGE crown, the TALLEST trophy, robe, AND beautiful gifts!

We will have 1 PEOPLE'S CHOICE WINNER for each breakdown!
$1= 1 vote and you can vote as many times as you want! If sending votes via cashapp or Venmo, please include contestants name and "People's Choice"!

Contestants shall conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner, treating fellow contestants, organizers, staff, judges, and others with courtesy and respect and refrain from engaging in any behavior that may bring discredit or harm to the pageant or its reputation.
Contestants shall refrain from bullying behaviors, including those based on different backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs represented by the contestants, judges, organizers, and audience members and refrain from engaging in any discriminatory or prejudiced behavior.
Contestants shall exhibit good sportsmanship throughout the pageant, both on and off the stage, by displaying respect and support for their fellow contestants and refraining from negative or unsportsmanlike conduct, such as cheating, spreading rumors, or undermining the efforts of others.
Contestants shall uphold the highest standards of integrity and honesty in all aspects of the pageant, including during interviews, performances, and interactions with the public.

Contestants shall seek clarification from the organizers if they have any questions regarding the rules or requirements of the pageant.

Disruptive behavior before, during, or after the pageant may be considered a violation of this Code of Conduct.
Any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all prizes and awards won, and suspension of further participation in any and all Crowntown Production events.
