Performance Requirements:
To ensure a safe and successful performance, the following requirements must be met:
Audio Equipment:
The client must provide professional-grade audio equipment. Please ensure the sound system
is capable of supporting the performance requirements, including adequate speakers,
microphones, and necessary cables.
Booking fee: Before we can confirm you're peformance or show date there is a $50.00 booking fee which is seperate from the final payment this booking fee just holds your date and is non refundable unless the artist cancels therefore if the artist before the show date any funds recived from the client will be returned.
Private Changing Area:
A private, secure area must be provided for the performer to change and prepare before the
show.
Performance Space:
A stage or wide, appropriate space for the performer must be provided. A wooden or concrete
stage is preferable for the performance.
Stage Cleanliness:
The stage must be clean and free of clutter. Ensure there are no obstacles, debris, or anything
that could interfere with the performance.
Damage Fee:
A $25.00 damage fee will be charged only if the stage or platform is concrete and is damaged
during the performance. Please ensure the space is properly maintained to avoid any issues.
Grass Performances:
The performer will not perform on grass as it may cause injury. Please ensure the performance
area is free of grass, or an appropriate alternate surface is provided. We do have a dance floor that we can setup if your performance is on grass, concrete, dirt etc for an additional cost of $100.00
Water Availability:
Please ensure water is readily available for the performer to stay hydrated during the
performance.
Performance Details:
We only play Michael Jackson music. We have a modified set list already prepared. We will
take song requests, but they must be Michael Jackson songs, and requests must be provided
in advance.
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated from any guest or client. Such behavior will
result in immediate administrative action or, if necessary, legal action.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event. If the client cancels the
performance, no refund will be issued. However, if the performer cancels for any reason, a full
refund will be issued to the client.
