    Please follow the instructions below to prepare for the next graduation.

  •  ⚠️Before you proceed with the graduation application

    1. Please make sure that you have a valid GLC Trainee Number. Reviewing and approving your graduation application will be delayed if you don't have a GLC Trainee Number.

    • If you don't have a trainee number yet, please go to this link:

    2. Please make sure that you've already submitted the required LifeApps:

    • at the GLC Booth
    • OR to this link: LifeApp Submission Form.

    *Your graduation application will be declined if we don't find a LifeApp submission from the said form.

    ⚠️ But each trainee may apply to graduate in more than one GLC level.
    If your application is approved, you will participate in the graduation ceremony for your highest qualifying level only. However, your name will still be included in the official list of graduates for all lower levels you have applied to and completed.

    Complete your GLC Level 1 attendance by enrolling in our available classes. Enroll in GLC Level 1 face-to-face, Zoom, and E-learning classes here: http://go.ccf.org.ph/GLCEnroll2026. GLC sessions can also be done in Dgroups. Ask your Dgroup leader for more info. 

  • • Dgroup Member
    Complete GLC Level 1 by joining a Dgroup. Approach us at the GLC booth so we can assist you in joining one.

  • • GLC Level 1 LifeApp
    Submit your GLC Level 1 LifeApp signed by your DGroup leader using the LifeApp Submission Form

  • • True Life Retreat
    Join a True Life Retreat in CCF Main or in a CCF satellite near you.

  • GLC Level 2 Graduation: 

    • Requirements declared complete; no action required for now.

  • GLC Level 2 Graduation pending requirements:

  • • Dgroup leader with 2 members
    Apply your GLC Level 2 learnings by being a Dgroup leader with at least 2 members. You can ask your Dgroup leader to assist you.  

  • • GLC Level 2 classes
    Complete your GLC Level 2 attendance by enrolling in our available classes. Enroll in GLC Level 2 face-to-face, Zoom, and E-learning classes here: http://go.ccf.org.ph/GLCEnroll2026

  • • GLC Level 2 LifeApp
    Submit your GLC Level 2 LifeApp signed by your DGroup leader using the LifeApp Submission Form

  • • GLC Level 1 Completion/Graduation
    To graduate GLC Level 2, you should have previously graduated/finished GLC Level 1 (completed the requirements) as well.

  • GLC3 LEAD Graduation: 

    • Requirements declared complete; no action required for now.

  • GLC3 LEAD Graduation pending requirements:

  • • Timothies
    Apply your GLC3 LEAD learnings by discipling at least 2 Timothies in your Dgroup.

  • • GLC3 LEAD classes
    Complete your GLC3 LEAD attendance by enrolling in our available classes. Enroll in GLC3 LEAD face-to-face, Zoom, and E-learning classes here: http://go.ccf.org.ph/GLCEnroll2026

  • • GLC3 LEAD LifeApp
    Submit your GLC3 LEAD LifeApp signed by your DGroup leader using the LifeApp Submission Form

  • • GLC Level 2 Completion/Graduation
    To graduate GLC3 LEAD, you should have previously graduated/finished GLC Level 2 (completed the requirements) as well.

  • INSTRUCTIONS:

    To be eligible for {imApplying} graduation, please complete the pending requirements listed above. Once done, return to this form to continue with your graduation application.

    For any questions or assistance in completing your requirements, you may visit us for consultation every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the GLC booth.

    1. Access the LifeApp Repository link. Search for the trainee number or trainee name.
    2. Check if there's an Approved LifeApp. If there is one, copy the LifeApp reference number (e.g. LA-12345) and paste it below in the space provided.
    3. Choose the final evaluation and make comments as necessary.
