✦ If you're interested in one of Helen's Flashes but wanna make design adjustment to that existing design, please also submit a form here, please include a screenshot of her flash and explain what you like to change. Generally Helen does not feel comfortable changing or make adjustment toward an existing flash design unless she specifically stated in her design discriptions.

Hey before you continue with the booking form, please read over Helen's Custom Tattoo Pricing below. Helen's rate may be higher than most Vancouver's average tattoo hourly rate, reason is because the average tattoo hourly rate in Ontario is much Higher. Helen is from Ontario and has spend 22 years in Ontario, and that's where she have professionalise her craft as a tattoo artist.

✤ Vancouver Average - $150/hr (Jr Tattoo Artist) to $250/hr (Senior Tattoo Artist)

✤ Ontario Average - $180/hr (Jr Tattoo Artist) to $350/hr (Senior Tattoo Artist)

Below is the rate she have been working with since she raised it back in 2020, this is also the rate she feels the most comfortable to work with. Helen offer life time discounts for all her most frequent returning clients and she also offer free small to medium tattoos for those that bring her the most word of mouth clients.

✤ Estimated Piece Price - A range of pricing for tattoos that need less than 3.5 hours to complete.

✤ $280/hr - Tattoo that needs more than 4 hours to complete, or any design with more detail between 4 to 6 inches would also be quoted for hourly.

✤ Helen will offer promotion from time to time, depends on where you're inquiring from the promotion could be different, those are information Helen will share with you individually once you have submitted this form.

Due to many past experiene with sending multiple designs concepts to my clients and having them taking those designs to cheaper artist to complete their pieces, I don't feel comfortable designing for free anymore. 

So if you're looking to see a custom concept design for your inquiry, you must pay a small design fee to use my designs, th fee can be used as a deposit toward your tattoo appointment with me or work as the right to use the design if you don't plan to continue your booking with me.

Both Fix-ups and cover-ups are difficult to execute with, I personally spend a lot of time figuring out the best options that could help enhance or cover-up your exisiting tattoo, therefore it's my right as a creator to be paid toward my custom re-creation that very few artist can execute.

 

✤ Custom Fee is $150 CAD for up to 3 rough veriation of concepts from the references you've provided.

✤ Any additional ideas you'd like to see prior to your booking outside of the initial provided reference, will be an extra charge of $50CAD.

✤ If you're comfortable to do consultation on the day of your appointment, your deposit will range between $80~$180CAD to secure your appointment date.
 

Below are two options:

✧ Option A: If you choose to see the designs before booking you'll have to pay a fee to see the design or see the design during an in-person consultation. If you're happy with the design and decided to book with me, the drawing fee can be coverted to your deposit.

✧ Option B: If you choose to give me full freedom to re-create your pieces with or without the provided references, we will continue with finding you a date and time for your appointment and you will get to see the design on the day of the appointment or I will re-create your piece with free-hand adjustments.

Failure of filling all required fields of what you're inquiring for will result in your request being dismissed by Helen.
