Please use this form if you are a teacher entering multiple student submissions for Mālama Wao Akua 2025. If you are NOT a teacher please complete the individual online form here.

This form allows for entry of up to 10 students/entries, if you are submitting more than 10 students/entries please complete this form again with any additional submissions. Students may enter up to 3 pieces each. Payment can be submitted via credit/debit card at the end of this form or on receiving day via card or check, no cash will be accepted.

Please contact either Josephine, Hui Exhibitions Manager at (808)572-6560 ext.23 or EMWP at (808)268-1475 for questions or help filling out this form. The information provided here will be used the day of receiving when you drop of your art piece/s at the Hui.

Artwork receiving day: Tuesday, September 2nd, 9am-6pm

Artwork receiving will be held in a drive-through format at Hui No'eau's main house front entrance. Please be sure you have completed an online entry for each student/submission entering the exhibition and all artwork has artwork labels attached to the back upper right hand corner.

The non-refundable YOUTH entry fee is $5 per piece. We recommend payment through this form to expedite the receiving day drop-off process. However, payment can also be made via card or check on receiving day if needed. No cash will be accepted.
