2026 Access Facilities Request Form

We don't want anybody to feel that they can't enjoy Tramlines Festival, so we have put a lot of effort into making sure it is as accessible as possible for everyone.

We recommend taking a moment to read our Access Information here to check out the facilities provided before purchasing your ticket.

HOW TO BOOK ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES:

1. Purchase a Tramlines ticket for yourself/the customer with access needs via our Booking Platform: www.tramlines.org.uk/tickets/. If you are applying for our PA Ticket Scheme, please DO NOT purchase a ticket for the person acting as your PA.

2. Complete this form. Please include your valid ticket reference number and submit your supporting evidence (if required) to this form.

3. Once submitted, we will endeavour to respond within 1 month to confirm the status of your request.

4. If your request has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from the Access Team. Closer to the festival we will send you an Access Information Pack which will have all the information you require about our accessible facilities and your PA ticket if you have requested one.

5. Once the deadline for requests has passed, we cannot guarantee that your application will be processed in advance of the festival. Please make sure that you submit your application before they close on the date below. 

SUBMITTING SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:

As part of your request for accessible facilities, we request a scan or digital photo of one of the following pieces of evidence:

• Both sides of your Blue Badge.
• Confirmation letter showing receipt of the mobility component of PIP or DLA dated within the last 12 months.
• Document of registration as severely sight impaired (blind).
• Valid Access Card.
• A letter from a Doctor or Medical Professional outlining your requirement for accessible facilities dated within the past 12 months.

Please feel free to block-out any personal or confidential information on your supporting evidence.

If you are unable to provide the supporting documents listed above please provide an explanation as to why you require use of access facilities at Tramlines this year.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

We operate on a case by case basis as we appreciate that everyone has different access requirements and we want everyone to have a great time at Tramlines.

If you have any specific requirements or wish to submit supporting evidence that is not listed above please follow the instructions in Section 3 of this form and a member of the Access Team will be in touch.

*** UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE NOW REACHED CAPACITY ON OUR VIEWING PLATFORMS / AREAS AND CANNOT ACCEPT FURTHER APPLICATIONS ***

To accommodate as many festival go-ers with accessibility requirements as possible, we are only able to issue passes for you and your PA. However, the PA pass will be a lanyard to allow members of your party to take turns on the platform.

Please note that even if your application for platform use is accepted, it is subject to capacity. We advise arriving at the platform early to view any favourite bands.

There will be some seating but this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
