By entering this event I acknowledge that it is a charity run and I commit to mobilising my commuity to raise funds for the two beneficiaries, The Pondoland Conservation Trust and Cipla's Miles for Smiles foundation.

I will make payment of a 50% deposit at the time of booking and will settle the balance in Jan 2026.

2026 Pondo Run Rates:

R33 000 per team, R16 500 per runner.

Fee includes; all meals and accomodation from the evening of Wed 27th May - the morning of Sunday 31st May, all drinks at Msikaba, return shuttle from the finish back to the start in Port Edward.

Excludes; Conservation Levy (R300pp), airport transfers, drinks at Mbotyi River Lodge.

REFUND POLICY:

1 August 2025 – 31 October 2025 – 75%
1 November 2025 – 31 December 2025 – 50%
1 January 2026 – 28 Feb 2026 – 25%
1 March 2026 onwards – no refund
