'25 Tradebank of Chattanooga Holiday Tradeshow + Silent Auction

**Early Bird Special: Make Reservation by Oct. 17 & Booths = T$160 Each**ONCE BOOTH RENTAL FORM IS SUBMITTED, THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:

• Please be ready to begin by 11:00 am Saturday for vendors to shop before the doors open.
• All products and services must be new and sold on a full trade basis at fair market prices, unless collectible or vintage/antique items.
• Exhibitors, products and services are subject to approval by the Expo Committee.
• Every effort will be made to accommodate location requests, booths are assigned at the discretion of the Expo Committee.
• Booths shall remain set up and selling during the entire event, ending at 4:00 pm.
• You are responsible for staffing your booth at all times.
• All Tradebank rules and regulations apply
• Tradebank is not liable for any lost, broken or stolen items.
• I understand that I am fully responsible for any damage to any party I may cause while setting up, taking down or operating my booth. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradebank International, Inc., any Tradebank Franchisee, and Action Church for any negligent action on my part that results in any damage, harm or injury to any entity or person.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of turning in my form will receive 100% refund, unless it is within the last 14 days prior to the Expo, which will result in a 50% refund of my rental charges.
• Failure to show and set up my booth will result in a T$200 NO-SHOW FEE and I will be charged the entire amount of the cost of the booth(s), tables, etc., I requested.
