Host Site Sign-Up Sheet

If you have always wanted Ultrasound for Women’s Health Providers to come to you but did not have a full group of four participants, we can help make it happen. Starting in 2026, hosting is easier than ever.

You provide the exam room for two days, and we will help take care of the rest. We will advertise in your area to fill the group, and we will give you ready-to-use graphics and materials to help recruit patient volunteers. You still play an important role, but the weight of finding every participant or volunteer is no longer on your shoulders. We do pay to rent your facility for the two days we are there, and we can schedule on any days that work best for you, whether weekdays or weekends.

We are now looking for host sites for April, May, and June of 2026. This is your chance to bring ultrasound training directly to your community.

Here is what hosting looks like:
You sign up through our website. You provide one exam room for two full days and help with volunteer recruitment. We provide support with filling seats and advertising for volunteers if needed.

Each day runs from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a one hour lunch break. Lunch is provided both days, and during that time we lead a discussion on certification in Point of Care Obstetric Ultrasound. By the end of the second day, most providers feel ready to begin using their skills with patients.

Exam room setup requirements:
The exam room must be large enough for an exam table, an ultrasound machine, four participants, the instructor, and a patient support person. A gynecological exam table is required, along with a chair for patients to sit on. Towels are needed to clean gel from bellies, and drapes are needed for use with transvaginal scanning. Transvaginal probe covers or condoms and sterile gel packets are also required for transvaginal scanning.
