Delay of Services
Failure to prepare for the arrival of the printer via the freight company will result in additional freight charges. Also, failure to prepare the facility and electrical needs before the arrival of installation personnel will result in additional installation charges.
Required Power Configuration
Voltage and Frequency: single-phase AC 220v, 50/60 Hz, 30 amp
Required power capacity: 30A or more (220volts from outlet required)
Number of power outlets: (1) 20-foot bare-wire cable for hardwired connection (PLUG AND RECEPTACLE ARE NOT INCLUDED, although the connection to the printer is included)
A licensed electrician MUST install the plug and receptacle to meet local codes.

The power cord plugs into the rear of the printer.

Delivery & Placement
The EU-1000MF will be delivered in one shipping crate. The crate is approximately 3960 lbs. and MUST be offloaded with a minimum of a 5000lb forklift with 72” extended forks by an authorized forklift operator. The EU-1000MF will then be removed from the crate by an authorized forklift operator and placed on the concrete floor to be rolled into place.
A Roland technician will not be on-site. Guidance is available via phone or video conference only and must be scheduled ahead of time.

Doorways and Corridors MUST be greater than 86.6” wide.
If the EU-1000MF needs to be installed above/below ground level: Ensure a FREIGHT elevator is available that will accept the EU-1000MF printer’s width of 189.4” and depth of 86.6” or more.
NOTE: The installation team is not involved with the unloading or unpacking of the unit and cannot begin work until this has been completed.
