Term - 12 Month Agreement
- This agreement shall be valid for twelve 12 months beginning on the date of service activation and ending 12 Months following service activation.
- Renewal will automatically occur at monthly intervals unless written notice is received by the billing department.
Fees & Payment
- Monthly Service Fee: Service is to be billed automatically on the 1st of every month and due on the 16th of every month.
- Automatic Payments are required for service. Can choose payment on the 1st or 16th.
- Installation Fee (If Applicable): $75.00 payable upon service activation.
- Late Payment Fee: $25.00 applied after 5 days past due for any reason.
Customer Responsibilities
- Maintain the equipment provided by Provider in good condition.
- Avoid illegal use of the internet service. Full Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) can be found on our website (https://vgitechnology.com/aup/).
- Pay all fees on time as outlined above.
- Notify Provider of any issues or service disruptions.
- A router is required for service delivery.
Provider Responsibilities
- Deliver internet service as per the selected plan.
- Maintain and service network infrastructure to ensure service reliability.

Termination
- Early termination by Customer will incur a cancellation fee of $400.00.
- Either party may terminate this Agreement for breach of terms with 30 days written notice.
- Provider may suspend service due to non-payment or customer misuse.
- There are no refunds for any unused portion of an unused monthly, quarterly or annual payment upon termination or cancellation of the services by either party for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
Provider shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by acts of nature, equipment failure outside its control, or third-party infrastructure issues or failure to pay. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer for one month of service.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas

- Technical Support After Hours: (Mon-Fri) 5PM – 10PM CST, (Sat-Sun) 8AM-10PM CST.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas

Customer signature represents and warrants to Provider that Customer has the full right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement. Customer is not a party to any agreement or understanding which would conflict with this Agreement or the rights granted, or duties, obligations and responsibilities undertaken, herein. This Agreement, when executed and delivered by Customer, shall constitute the valid and binding obligation of Customer, enforceable in accordance with its terms.
