Quad Cities Tea Festival – Vendor Terms & Agreement
The Quad Cities Tea Festival reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, exhibitor, or proposed exhibit not approved by the festival organizers, and to permit only such materials and conduct as deemed appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to: persons, displays, conduct, printed materials, advertisements, giveaways, and any other elements that may affect the quality or integrity of the event.
This is an indoor, all-weather event. All vendors must complete setup by 8:45 a.m., and teardown may not begin before 4:00 p.m. Early departures are not permitted.
The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Quad Cities Tea Festival, Common Chord, and all sponsoring or operating organizations, including their members, officers, directors, and volunteers, from any and all claims, damages, losses, or injuries to persons or property caused by the Exhibitor, their agents, employees, representatives, volunteers, or related individuals.
The Exhibitor assumes full responsibility for all activities and items at their booth and for complying with all local, state, and federal tax laws, licensing, and health regulations as applicable. It is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to ensure they are properly licensed and in compliance with state and municipal regulations.
Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. Once your application is received, it will be reviewed by the festival team. If selected, you will be invited to participate and payment will be collected only after final approval.
All vendor and sponsorship fees are final and non-refundable. No cancellations, refunds, or transfers will be allowed for any reason.
