It's a free flow night - and depending on your departure time the next morning, it may be an early or late night :).
Saturday Breakfast (June 6th) - At the Hotel (if your flight is scheduled especially early - you may not be able to access the breakfast - we cannot modify that in the retreat price point).

HEALTHY EXCERCISE:

Daily Morning Movement at the Retreat Villa (Optional - but encouraged)...led by Retreat Facilitator Sherry Donovan - from Lymphatic Release Stretching to fun Water Areobics.
There is a gym at the Hotels and the Retreat Villa as well.

SOUL DEEP & HEALING WORKSHOPS:

The Original Soul Blueprint Workshop with The Healing Sisters (Sunday-Thursday) - A powerfully supported Soul-Deep look at yourself, your journey, your purpose...a real aligining attunement which inspires clarity, focus, peace, self-love, motivation, empowerment and a real celebration of self and refelection on what you are here to bring and to appreciate within your personal human experience. These sessions run 5 mornings during the Retreat Villa Stay. * The workshop comes with a support work book to guide you through the week and is yours to keep!

Lana & Sherry will also be there guiding/facilitating the group throughout the 8 nights and there will be some bonus 1:1 moments, as well as additional group insights and soul coaching throughout the whole retreat experience.

We are looking into local to the Algarve tech logistic options to still bring 9D Breathwork to this experience - This one is pending - but we are hopeful!

A month before the retreat - there will be a Zoom Call with the group to ensure everyone is set up for success for the exciting Retreat Adventure!

TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION:

Flights are NOT included in the Retreat Package. Elayne Pink - the VP of Absolute Travel is our Retreat Aligned Travel Agent expert, who is able to help you smoothly book your flights to/from the FARO AIRPORT, to ensure you arrive on the most optimal flights on the right dates to align with the 1st night hotel and from the 8th night hotel. She can start booking those as early as late September - but you can wait for a little bit longer to book those if you prefer...though keeping in mind options may be reduced...and it's recommended to reach out to her ahead, not only about the travel insurance, but also so she can alert you about seat sales as they come up:).
Travel to/from the airport is NOT included, but all other transportation aligned in the retreat scope is included (Excluding flights).

If you don't want to use Elayne as an agent, you will still have to contact her for the required Retreat Insurance - as it is whole trip coverage. Though keep in mind, if you have special requests for travel, preferred seating, and/or if there are any last minute flight changes or missed connections, she is your greatest asset and will work on your behalf to ensure a smooth arrival to get you landing for the group's 1st day on time...as you will not want to miss that 1st night arrival dinner!
If you do want to venture out on your own during the Free Flow Times, Ubers are available from the Hotel and Retreat Villa areas.
If you want to rent your own vehicle - that is fine as well - though parking at the hotels, tolls, gas and other related costs with that are your own independent responsibility.

Adventures, Excersions and Social Experiences:

The Excursions include & will usually happen in the afternoons during the Retreat Villa stay, (except for beaches - as we have the hotels planned near beach areas too and evening free flow activities):
- Saturday Night Welcome Dinner & Spirit Social (Psychic Medium - Guided Messages & Healing Activations).
- Water Tour Adventure in Lagos (suitable for varying levels of water adventure)
- SPA Party at the Retreat Villa - The last full day at the Retreat Villa we also have a spa day where we are bringing in one of the top wellness teams in the region to do 2 x 30 minute services for each person… plus everyone will get a 20 min reflexology session from Sherry… The owner of the SPA company may also do a talk and Q&A with us - she is incredibly knowledgable! .. It’s meant to be a last day pamper experience.
- Beach Adventures (optional - during both hotel stay days and one group beach day during the retreat villa stay)
- Group - Town Tour (giving you a glimpse of some scenic Portugal beauty as we take a private arranged group guided tour through some Algarve towns and stopping for a nice meal out that evening before returning back to the villa!)
- Our 1st Night Arrival Dinner will be an experience...and a wonderful connective social outing within a short walking distance of the hotel - this will be a VIP night to remember!
- Optional Lagos Boardwalk hike - just 15 minutes from the Retreat Villa - where you can safely and comfortablly hike over a pristine boardwalk that goes for miles, with a view of the ocean coastline, beaches, cliffs, nature and if we can catch it at the morning or evening magic hour - it's especially beautiful!
- Evening Outdoor Pool Party at the Retreat Villa - Optional - music, swimming - maybe a little pool volleyball...Mocktail or glass of Rose, snacks and just a fun relaxing night!

THE VILLA ITSELF IS EQUIPPED WITH:

2 x Kitchens (one on the main level - where the chefs will be working from, and one on the lower level)

An indoor Main Retreat villa dining room and an outdoor covered dining area by the pool.
2 x single rooms (though 1 of the 2 may be switched to a double room) and currently 6 x double rooms available for this Retreat experience. We do encourage you to consider doubling up - as not only is it a cost saver for you - but it means more fun soul sisters to join us on this adventure! We will be holding off on final confirming 1 of the 2 of the single rooms until we get an idea of application requests.
The lower level of the Retreat Villa has 3 x double rooms & 1 x single room (it will be staying as a single room), and is great for folks who may like to stay up a bit later...it has it's own smaller kitchen, living room and is on the same floor as the indoor pool, pool table, gym and theatre room...plus patio doors to an outside area.

Which is your package & payment preference? **You will be notified of confirmation or change options, based on your selection after availability confirmation is secured. **We will be providing room selection options based on order of sign up. **If you are booking a double room - but don't have a roommate yet identified, we will still assign you to a double room with a roommate pending, but also note - if no roommate is secured before the end of April (which is highly unlikely:), you are in agreement to cover the room as a single Room Occupant Fee. **Additionally - if a current member of the Private Retreat Group wants to book a Double Room within the two day pre-public launch, with a non-member, to ensure they are covered as a Double - that may be approved at the discretion of the facilitators:

Option #1: DOUBLE ROOM (ONLY 6 AVAILABLE) - $5900 + HST (CAN) for 8 Nights (see above for all that is included). ROOMMATE:

I booked a double room, but will need to have a roommate assigned, as I don't have a current roommate option. (I'm aware if no roommate books by end of April 2026, I will be charged the difference for a single room, which will be due no later than a week before the retreat.I have a Roommate option - she has/or is going to be Registering for the Retreat as well (see name box in the next section)If a single room is no longer available, I'm available to be switched to a double option and will require a roommate.If a single room is no longer available, I have a roommate who will be registering And I would like to be placed with her - and she is aware of this.I do not require a roommate, as I have requested a single room, but understand these rooms are limited and may not be as readily available, but would like to be offered the option before making a final registration decision - or to go on a single room waiting list.If a Single room is not available I am not interested in attending.

ROOM SELECTIONS:

Once the initial Retreat Applications have been confirmed, we will begin the process of room selection.

We will be giving you, in order of sign up, a chance to pick your preferred room.

If you have signed up with a roomate - you and your roomate must agree to the same room...but if one signed up earlier - the roomate who signed up later - will benefit from the earlier booked roomate for the room choice.

Roomates are a fun way to create a support network, and friendship, throughout the retreat experience...and many go on to be life-long friends!

Do you have any Dietary Allergies / Medical Food Based Restrictions (Though we may not be able to accommodate all specific restrictions within the main group meals - we will ensure you have delicious alternative options). For your awareness, there will be meats, seafood and fish served on our dinner menus at the villa - but we can still accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. If you do have a severe allergy - please plan to bring suitable emergency options with you as a precaution (EPI Pen or medication) for your own pro-active personal wellness.

1. If you book before the Fall - you will get Free Access to our Fall online Group Breathwork Journey (likely in October) AND the one we put on in April...OR you can exchange it for access to one of our live in person Breathwork journeys.

2. Also - If you refer someone - who is not in the Retreat Group, and they secure a booking for the Portugal Retreat...you will get a 30 minute Psychic Guided Soul Coaching Reading with Sherry with approx. $100 value.

We kept the Retreat price itself as low as possible - so that everyone can benefit...so there is no early booking discount outside of these incentives...except there are only 14 spots...and once they are gone - they are gone!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...

1. Billing Options: #2 & #4: Payment in Full - One Invoice - Full Invoice due upon receipt. Billing Option #1 & #3: There is an 8 month payment plan option now available, September 2025-April 2026 (Payable by Credit Card/with a credit processing fee or E-transfer/no credit processing fee). After April 2026 - only Pay in Full is available - if spaces are still available.

* Plus there is a $1000 + HST non-refundable deposit due within 72 hours of booking to secure your spot.

2. Payment Plan Payments are due at the end of each month.

3. Taxes are extra (not included in the posted Package Price - this is a change from previous years - but is a necessary modification).

4. Hotel Room locations are assigned by the hotel and all participants will be in Single Rooms for their 2 x hotel night experience. If you want to be near another specific participant - please note that request and we will do our best to accommodate - at least on the same floor.

5. You must detail the roommate you are attending with if you want them to be assigned to your room. They must also book within 72 hours of your booking in order to ensure their spot within your room - or based on availability - we will do our best to accommodate. Both roommates must book separately and spots can only be verified once both registration submissions are received - based on availability.

6. Travel insurance is mandatory for this international (Portugal Retreat), and is only available through Elayne Pink. This policy musy be activated within 48 hours of your 1st payment and each subsequent installment payment she will need to be updated to modify the policy. We will confirm with Elayne all have completed their insurance facilitation - as this is essential protection for you in case of whole trip cancellation - which is only able to be rembursed through that method. This international retreat is a significant pre-investment for us, so we had to look at ways to ensure we as facilitators were protected in bringing this soul filling bucket list retreat to life!

**You will also require medical insurance - most employee plans have international travel coverage - if not, we believe Elayne may be able to assist and if not, Blue Cross offers some short term travel packages.

** We do have a one time 72 hour grace period after your initial Retreat booking, where you can change your mind and cancel your booking (minus a $100 refund-admin processing fee + any credit card fees that were charged). After that - it wil fall into your insurance coverage cancellation policy.

7. There is no early booking rate, as we keep the costs as low as possible, while factoring in the extra value experiences and Facilitator support, luxury accommodations, gourmet meals, excursions, socials, transportation (Excluding Flights and to/from airport), support material, Spa experience, within this high value experience. The Bonus of booking early for this retreat is you will get Priority Room Selection on an order of booking bases.

8. We will have a Divine Godess Alter at our retreat, while at the Villa, to honour and bless the weekend, but due to luggage and long distance travel - we will not make it a gifting alter.

9. We will be taking some photos throughout this retreat experience - most are for the Private Facebook Group - but we will require some for showcasing this adventure to future Soul Sister's...though we will be mindful and respectful to confirm your partictipation for any photos that may capture vulnerable emotive experiences, as we pride ourselves on privacy for all of our participants - but we are requiring some photos to help give some behind the scene insights for what to expect at our retreats for future participants.

10. Be sure to contact your Cell Provider about International Roaming Packages....Mine is with Telus and on the app I can upgrade immediately to include a one time $50 for 14 day pass (that's the smallest)...or you can pay $16/per day...most will be the same. Can be done the day you travel.

11. If you want to rent your own car - in case you wanted more flexibility in your free flow time, you can - and we can accomodate parking for several cars at the villa...but hotel parking would be your own extra expense. Also from experience - Enterprise were great to deal with and I would HIGHLY recommend adding on the extra insurance coverage - as the rental car companies are known there for excessive charges for even minor damages without coverage. Also be sure to add on the highway toll package. You will need to bring your valid Driver's Licence with you and I did bring a copy of my own insurance card as well.

12. When you register and attend one of our retreats, you are added into our private retreat group - currently located on FACEBOOK. It's in this group we all share support and connection throughout the year, and you also get priority pre-release booking opportunties for our retreats! We also recently starting adding photo albums in there from our retreats (which has been a big hit!). We are very mindful of any pics we share externally...as we want to respect your participation within this group and ensure your safety, healing efforts and vulnerability are protected. We will as noted - be requesting approval for some additional photos for this retreat to share externally (with permission) so we can better provide a sneak peek to future participants to help grow our group of aligned Soul Sisters!

13. There is a legal limited liability waiver that will need to be read and signed as well - that will be sent to you as part of the final confirmation of your registration proccess. That is simply standard protection for retreat facilitators. We are working with Portugal Law - so things are taking a bit longer than usual to facilitate...but this be required to be signed as part of your Retreat attendane agreement and failure to sign it will foreit your participation.
