  • JEFF BELZER’S GOPHER TICKET GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

    1.     Sponsor. Jeff Belzer’s Todd Chevrolet, 21111 Cedar Avenue, Lakeville, MN 55044, (“Sponsor”) is offering the Jeff Belzer’s Gopher Ticket Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”). No purchase is required to enter and patronizing Jeff Belzer’s will not increase your chance of winning.

    2.     How to Enter. Fill out the General Information and Survey and submit to Sponsor between September 22nd, 2025, and October 30th, 2025. Entries received after October 30th, 2025 will not be considered. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest or modify the Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion, subject to applicable federal and state law.

    3.     Eligibility. This sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and is open to legal Minnesota residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Duplicate entries will not be accepted. Owners and employees of Sponsor and the immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings, and each of their respective spouses) and persons living in the same households as such individuals are ineligible. By submitting an entry or accepting the prize, entrans accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final on all matters.

    4.     Prize Details. 4 Tickets + 1 Parking Pass to the Gopher Volleyball match vs. Nebraska at The Pavilion. Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

    5.     Notification of Winner/Prize Claims. Winners will be notified via email. Winner shall have 48 hours to respond to claim the prize. Otherwise, a new winner will be chosen.

    6.     Prize Restrictions. Prizes are non-transferable. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of comparable or greater value at its sole option based on market conditions or availability. All taxes, fees and surcharges relating to acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.

    7.     Additional Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree (a) to these Official Rules, and the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects; and (b) to release, discharge and hold Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of the Sponsor’s owners, officers, managers, directors, governors, employees, representative agents and advisors harmless from all expenses, claims or damages arising out of their participation in the sweepstakes and the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize.

    8.     Miscellaneous. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor, and none will be returned. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable federal and state law. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries or for inaccurate entry information. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

    9.     Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution.  Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (a) all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by Minnesota law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this program or any prize awarded shall be (i) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (ii) submitted to final and binding arbitration to be held in Hennepin County, Minnesota, before a single arbitrator; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (d) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out of pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
