  • Troubleshooting Checklist

    • If you have your AAP ID number and would just like to request access, please use the following link for request for access.
    • Your log in information is directly tied to your AAP.org account. If you have duplicate emails, please ensure that you are using hte proper account. 

    • Make sure there are no typos and that Caps Lock is off.

    • Try resetting your password.

    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Sometimes old data causes login issues.

    • Try a different browser or device. This helps rule out browser-specific issues.

    • Check your internet connection. A weak or unstable connection can cause failed logins.
